– Conducted the field investigation and design for replacement of interior glazed oculus, exterior skylight, and interior stage within heritage dome building
– Coordinated necessary arrangements to maintaining access to and use of the building throughout construction

– Headed the field investigation and consequently the design of the roof replacement project for this large transit facility

– Managed the building enclosure design and construction of overclad project
– The result was increased thermal performance and elimination of interior condensation within this rare books library, providing a perfect environment for the delicate books to reside and endure the coming years.

Toronto Community Housing Corporation Energy Improvements– Toronto, Canada
– Conducted the investigation, modelling, and calculations to provide recommendations for thermal improvement through building enclosures
– As a result, my team not only improved the building mechanics but the energy efficiency and interior comfort

TCHC 2190 Ellesemere Road – Toronto, Canada
– Investigated stucco cladding subsiding from brick veneer
– Managed the design and construction to remove stucco and replace/repair/seal brick
– The result was improved thermal efficiency and repair building integrity

Sherbourne Medical Centre – Toronto, Canada
– Conducted leak investigation on the building enclosure and design of cladding improvements
– Consequently, my team eliminated future leaks and recommissioned the previously abandoned medical building
